Domino, Vitor Claro

New to winemaking but no novice. Expertly crafted blend form lots of native grapes, spun into something akin to a serious Bordeaux. Full-bodied, spicy peppery fruit with cedar, leather and clove. Super fresh acidity despite sometime in the bottle. Definitely one for the mid to long term cellaring.
