A lovely natural red from Garnacha grapes grown in Sierra do Gredos, which are carbonically macerated to preserve bright acidity and fruity flavours. Bright cherry-red in the glass, it's initially fizzy on the tongue, with flavours of sour cherry, redcurrant, balsamic and a slight earthy note in the background. A great, easy-drinking and playful natural wine.
