ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / LOW SULPHITE
A beautifully aromatic, complex Orange wine that spends 2 days on the skins before being fermented in amphorae for 5 months. It has aromas of apricot and clove on the nose, along with a smoky quality. On the palate it is rich and smooth, with notes of buttered popcorn and a slight yeastiness. The finish is long, with saline minerality and bitterness offsetting some pronounced tropical fruit notes. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration, and without any addition of sulphites.
