Intensely floral orange wine full of orange blossom. On the palate, expect a strong hit of lychee and stone fruit, alongside comforting herbal flavours. A brilliant expression of Chile orange wine! 50-year-old vines from just a one-hectare parcel, the grapes are fermented on the skins for 8-12 days.
Daniel & Pablo practice regenerative agriculture, promoting biodiversity and replanting native trees, in Chile's Itata valley. Work is undertaken in accordance with the biodynamic calendar. Only around 2000 bottles of this were produced, so make sure to snap it up fast!
