LUTTE RAISONEE / VEGAN
A lean and fresh Chardonnay from the Casablanca region, with a balance of acidity and oak. Citrus and blossom on the nose, which continues on the palate. Great concentration of fruit, smooth texture from partial malolactic fermentation, and a mineral-rich finish.
Triangle wines is a project the two heads of Indigo Wine started as an opportunity to collaborate more closely with some of their favourite winemakers. The Calco Chardonnay is a joint effort between their team and the De Martino family.
