Rook en Spieels Reflektief Palomino
Zesty, crisp, single variety Palomino from 1977 vines that were initially used for Brandy production. Delicate on the nose, with hints of white flowers, almond and green fennel that are also present on the palate, as well as a long salinity on the finish. Lightly textured, it opens up nicely as you drink it.
Fermented naturally, and kept on its lees until bottling.
