A clear, pale gold in colour with excellent bubbles. Distinctive aromas of green apples and citrus fruits on the nose. An exotic palate of bananas, peaches, toasted nuts, honey and caramel. Excellent floral acidity and a toasty finish. It's a Pet Nat meaning that the fermentation finished in bottle. A good value Champagne alternative.
