A delightfully bright, fresh and mineral Alsatian Pinot Noir. Luscious strawberry and tart cranberries, some vegetal notes and a line of minerality. A stunning wine that treads the line between classic and funky.
Jean-Pierre and the Frick family have made a huge name for themselves in the natural wine scene, reputed among some of the best low intervention producers to date. They've had biodynamic certification since the early '90s, and have been working without added sulphites in some of their wines since '99. Needless to say, they've been ahead of the curve for quite some time, while consistently maintaining that distinct Alsatian character in their wines.
