A super refreshing Pet Nat with floral aromas, and notes of citrus and herbs. It's got a light, refreshing and pleasant palate. A fine bubble wine with good pressure and a citrus flavour accompanied by hints of sweetness.
Vasco Croft is quite an unusual character in the winemaking scene. An educator, architect, and sculptor, he converted to Buddhism, and his life completely changed, becoming a completely biodynamic winegrower. He revived the 14 hectares of family vineyards in Vinho Verde and founded Aphros Wines to make expressive, fresh wines with their own identity.
