Petr Korab, Orange On Leaves Pet Nat
An interesting Pet Nat that sees 4 months maceration in acacia barrels with the dried leaves from its vines. Very pretty to look at too, with a pinkish orange color that reminds us of summer. Full of citrus peel like mandarines, cinnamon and apple pie notes. The finish is crisp and long.
Petr Korab founded his winery in 2006. His work is aimed at preserving the vinyards, that date as far back as to 1934. From grapes to bottle, he works all naturally, believing it's the only way to retain the soul of the place and terroir.
