A litre bottle of natural red wine with light to medium body. Fresh fruit characteristics and no oak flavours. Much more fun than your average wine from the Southern Rhône! Juicy and generous blend packed with ripe raspberries, strawberries, sweet spice and roasted herbs.
Lori Haon of Petit Oratoire is a young winemaker with 15 hectares of vines in the Gard, where he settled after learning his trade with stints in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. He works organically in the vineyard and follows up with a minimal intervention approach in the cellar, avoiding sulphur or other additions.
