A fun and fresh Spanish Pét Nat that is immediately striking with its bright orange hue, before you are met with aromas of red fruits alongside floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, bright and vibrant with good acidity and structure, and a perfectly integrated mousse that flows through the glass as soon as you serve the wine.
Vicky and Nahuel met as sommeliers at the 3 Michelin star Martín Berasategui restaurant in San Sebastian. After 5 years there they decided to take their passion for wine to the next level and hung up their sommelier suits to become winemakers. They now farm 6 hectares around the Gredos villages of El Tiemblo and El Barraco, between 700 and 1000 metres above sea level. Full of life, character and energy that transmits this wild and sometimes extreme granite terroir.
