Garganega from 45-year-old vines grown on volcanic soil. Clean and mineral-rich, plus some structure and grip from the year spent in concrete on the lees. Prior to this, the grapes also spend five days on their skins, with some whole bunches, adding a touch of spice and tannin underneath the bright acidity.
