A wonderfully fresh and characterful dry Lambrusco from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, ‘Spiriti Folletti’ is made from estate-grown grapes. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a gentle two-day maceration at low temperatures. It’s a delicately aromatic wine with bright notes of cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is dry and vibrant, with lively acidity and soft tannins on the finish. A charming, food-friendly fizz with plenty of regional authenticity.
Tenuta Pederzana, located in Castelvetro, Emilia-Romagna, is a renowned producer specializing in high-quality, authentic Lambrusco Grasparossa. Founded by Franco Simonini after WWII, it is now run by Francesco Gibellini and his uncle Massimo, focusing on preserving a unique clone of the grape.
