A delicious cloudy sparkling wine. The orange-looking pet nat is actually a rosé, made from indigenous white and red grapes. A little bit wild in the nose at first, then it’s smoky and it has great aromas like almonds and grapefruit. Orange and ginger in the palate, lovely minerality. It’s your perfect summer refreshment!
