A rich and aromatic Pinot Gris - ripe apples and pear lushness are balanced by tangy acidity. A super subtle hint of sweetness with some ginger spice.
Neil Prentice's raises Wagyu beef cattle as his main job but makes wine in his spare time. In the winery, he works in a low intervention 'natural' style with minimal additions.
