A juicy, vibrant red from Barossa. The bouquet is full of cherry, black pepper, violets and earthy notes. More cherry and blackberry on the palate, balanced by tart raspberry and a light earthy tone, almost like walking through a forest after rain. Fine tannins and good acidity invite you for a second sip. Unfiltered and unfined.
Hey Diddle Wines is a modern, boutique winery based in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, founded in 2017. It’s the brainchild of two former Port Adelaide AFL players — Tom “TJ” Jonas and Brad “Ebo” Ebert — working together with winemaker Ben “Chippy” Chipman (of Tomfoolery Wines).
