This sparkling Rosato has a beautiful shade of peach in the glass, it's bone dry and offers plenty of refreshment, with notes of pink grapefruit and bitter herbs, alongside some tropical fruits.
100% Cabernet Franc is pressed directly and aged in vats until the following spring when it is put into bottle with a little juice from the same harvest for the second fermentation.
Located in the foothills of the Dolomites, Alex Della Vecchia produces pure, nourishing wines with a luminous quality that reflects their Alpine origins.
