A biodynamically farmed blend of local varieties - Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Gros Manseng - from the sun-kissed fields of the South of France. You'll be greeted by a pale yellow colour in the glass, along with aromas of peach and pineapple and characteristic citrus aromas from the Colombard. On the palate the initial flavour is rich and rounded, supported by a slight spritz and a strong minerality due to time spent on its lees. This wine cuts a nice balance between freshness and aromatic intensity - perfect for entertaining guests when cold out of the fridge.
Domaine Entras is a family-run estate that produces wines, Armagnacs and mustard, established just after the end of the Second World War. Current owner Michel has worked to reintroduce practices linked to nature in the estate - converting the 29 hectares of vines and 60 hectares of cereal crops to Organic farming in 2017 and then Biodynamic farming in 2021. The aforementioned cereal crops provide plant cover for the vines and fertilise the soils, as well as attracting insect life and promoting biodiversity.
