De Moor Bourgogne Aligote
One of the De Moor's best cuvées despite the fact it's also one of the most affordable. Complex white wine with ripe fruit and a round, textured body. Apple, lemon and floral notes with a mineral edge. Organic Aligoté grapes are hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeast and bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.
