Tremendously aromatic on the nose - chamomile, citrus blossom, lychee, and ripe stone fruit. Usually changing glass to glass, expect tropical vibes with a nice mineral edge and a mega-juicy mouthfeel. The natural bubbles are fine and lively, keeping it fresh and moreish from first sip to last. It's the kind of wine that doesn't sit still — in the best possible way.

About Marto Wines

Martin Wörner is one of the hottest names in Germany's natural wine scene. After learning the ropes with top producers like Matassa and Gut Oggau, he brought his fresh approach back to his family winery in Rheinhessen and is widely regarded as one of the most influential producers in the German natural wine movement. He oversees five hectares farmed organically with some biodynamics, all work in the vineyard done by hand, and the wines are unfined and unfiltered with no additions. He's joined by his partner Alanna, and the range has gone from strength to strength ever since.

About Pét Nat

Pétillant naturel — pét nat — is the oldest method of making sparkling wine. The wine is bottled mid-fermentation and finishes in the bottle, creating a natural, gentle fizz without any added sugar, sulphur, or secondary fermentation. The result is a wine that's alive, a little unpredictable, and full of character. It's meant to be drunk young, cold, and with good company.

How to pair it

This is a warm-weather wine made for sharing. Serve well chilled with a cheese board, charcuterie, or spiced mezze. It works brilliantly alongside sushi, fresh salads, or soft, creamy cheeses. Equally good for a picnic, a BBQ, or just a Tuesday evening when you want something a little bit fun.
