On the palate, it's crisp and mineral-driven, with a zesty acidity that is perfectly balanced by a touch of creaminess. Flavours of lemon, lime, and grapefruit are complemented by a hint of saline minerality, making this wine perfect for pairing with seafood, especially shellfish.
The grapes for this wine are grown using organic farming practices, with no chemical additives in the vineyard. It is located in the sub-region of Val do Salnés, where the Atlantic Ocean provides a cool maritime climate and granitic soils that lend incredible freshness and minerality to the wines. The winemaking process remains low-intervention, allowing the grapes to fully express themselves.
