Cotswolds Single Malt 2017 Odyssey Barley
A single malt made from local barley in the Cotswolds, aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-red wine barrels. Smooth and without any added colouring, this has lovely notes of honey, stone fruit, marmalade and spice. Versatile and balanced, this is delicious when drunk by itself or in a cocktail.
