Start with a splash of Chin Chin Vinho Verde, Portugal’s cult favourite, light, spritzy and made for aperitif hour. Ke Bontà Pinot Grigio keeps things classic with citrus and green apple notes, while Ciello Bianco from Sicily brings sunshine and orchard fruit with a dry, clean finish.
From Spain, Awake Blanco by Bodegas Cosecheros is fresh and easy-drinking, ideal for warm days.
