Ciello Bianco is an organic white wine from Sicily. Hands on, natural approach without filtration leaves this wine with a deliciously savoury aspect. Deep golden colour, refreshing acidity, and nice earthy body. Lots of quince, apricots and almonds on the finish.
The dynamic Vesco family took over the winery 10 years ago and have since revolutionised the practices and invested in cutting edge technology. The wines are all certified organic and planted on south-east facing slopes. Night harvesting and modern temperature controlled fermentations result in a bright, fresh Catarratto.
