A deep ruby red Sicilian with aromas of black cherry, thyme, and a touch of liquorice, strawberry, and raspberry. Smooth, well-balanced, and lively on the palate with soft tannins and bright acidity, it’s a bold yet easy-drinking expression of the island’s sun-soaked character - a perfect everyday table wine.
Stefano Caruso and Mario Minini's family has been producing wine for over a century, with the first vines being planted in the XIX century by great-grandfather Antonio. The estate is now on the third generation of winemakers, cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Nero d’Avola, Grillo, and Zibibbo.
