W Rouge Walgate Wines
Deep cherry colour with dark fruit intensity. Notes of damson, ripe black cherry, and wild berries layered with savoury hints of leather and forest floor. Structured yet juicy, with present but fine tannins and a smooth, earthy finish. Best served slightly chilled.
Walgate Wines is Ben Walgate's new project after he left Tillingham wines, established in 2023 in Rye, East Sussex.
