A glou glou red if there ever was one. Full of wild strawberry and blueberry notes, a light floral lift and a grippy, lively palate. Fermented in concrete tank with indigenous yeast and partially via carbonic maceration to soften the tannins and freshen up its character.
From the foothills of Mont Ventoux, Sur Le Fil ("on the wire") is a blend of four parcels located at 300-500m altitude. These parcels are the highest in altitude, 40 year old vines, hand harvested, with the highest amount of gravels and a higher yield, and are selected for maximum drinkability.
