Filled with aromas of citrus zest, orange blossoms, and a faint saline note capturing the essence of summer in Puglia. The palate is medium bodied yet crisp, finishing clean with a mineral acidity.
The grapes are harvested at night in late August, then cold-fermented and aged for three months “sur lies” in steel.
The Buongiorno family's winery has about ten hectares of bush-trained vines in the Carovigno area, cultivating traditional local varieties for consistently reliable and high-quality production.
