Domaine des Brumes Anjou Blanc
Lucile and Darian met in Normandy and through their love affair with wine (and each other), made a vow to set up their own estate in the place where the wines they loved the most came from. Since 2022, they have been working on their passion project in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, in the heart of Anjou. They farm their vineyards biodynamically on schist and slate soils, employing manual harvesting and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Their philosophy? Minimal intervention, allowing the pure essence of the terroir to speak through every glass. Their motto is simply: ‘Alive’, and this is stamped on every aspect of their viticultural work, as well as their winemaking.
