Intensely aromatic, with notes of ripe apricot, almond, and orange blossom. On the palate, it is soft and elegantly textured, with hints of dried fruit and a long, persistent finish.
Stefano Caruso and Mario Minini's family has been producing wine for over a century, with the first vines being planted in the XIX century by great-grandfather Antonio. The estate is now on the third generation of winemakers, cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Nero d’Avola, Grillo, and Zibibbo.
