Named "2800" to honor the 2,800 hours of sunlight Provence enjoys each year, this wine really reflects the vibrant vitality of its origin. Bright and refreshing, with notes of nectarine, white peach, wild strawberries, rosehip, citrus zest and a kiss of minerality. The palate is dry and slightly textured, with just enough acidity to keep you coming back to it.
