This is a lean, precise Pinot from legendary Tony Bornard in Jura. It is loaded with crisp red fruit, a tiny hint of tannin, and some earthy, damp undertones. A long, lingering finish keeps this Pinot extremely food-friendly.
Tony Bornard hails from Jura, the youngest in a long line of winemakers that stretches back generations. His wines are made in the "nothing added, nothing removed" approach, keeping them very expressive and true to where they came from.
