This month you will receive a bottle of pink from the south of France with refreshing acidity. A dry and crisp Cava, two whites, a soft and round white Rioja, and Adaras Lluvia, a summer favourite, works perfectly with chorizo and prawn paella.
And two reds, an unoaked Rioja, refreshing and extremely drinkable. Moristel, a lesser-known varietal from the north of Spain, is a chill-able red to pair with your BBQ.
