This month’s case features a range of wines that pair beautifully with the fresh and vibrant flavours of the season. Whether you’re planning festivities or simply looking to enjoy some lovely wine, these will go down a treat.
First up is the Bernardi Prosecco, a crisp and refreshing Italian sparkling wine with delicate aromas of green apple and pear, and a light, effervescent palate. Next, we have the Gran Cerdo Blanco, a lively Spanish wine made from Viura grapes, with notes of ripe tropical fruits and a zesty citrus finish. This versatile wine pairs well with various spring dishes, including salads, grilled vegetables, and lighter seafood dishes. Finally, we have the Lesc Rouge, a medium-bodied French red blend with juicy red fruit flavours and a hint of spice on the finish.
