Start with the Oniric Pet Nat from Entre Vinyes: organic, vegan, fresh and aromatic, a Catalan sparkling made for aperitif hour. The Parajes del Valle Macabeo Maceracion is a bright and textural orange from Jumilla, all tangerine, melon and waxy texture with a lingering citrus finish. Entre Vinyes Oniric Blanc is clean, fresh Xarello from old vines: stone fruit, lovely minerality and a long saline finish that keeps you coming back.
The Nord-Sud Blanc by Eric Narioo and Anna Martens is precise and citrus-bright with a flicker of saline at the end. The Sette Vino da Litro Rosso is a full litre of juicy Barbera from Piedmont: redcurrant, raspberry and a touch of black pepper, best enjoyed slightly chilled.
