The Parajes del Valle Macabeo Maceracion is a bright, accessible orange from Jumilla: tangerine, melon and a waxy texture that makes it a brilliant entry point into skin-contact wine. The Nord-Sud Blanc by Eric Narioo and Anna Martens is crisp and precise with citrus, florals and a lovely saline flicker at the end. And Sebastien David's L'Hurluberlu is Loire Cabernet Franc at its most expressive: crunchy, wild, brimming with cherry and cranberry, biodynamic and made for drinking slightly chilled.
