The Adaras Lluvia Blanco blends Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc for stone fruit, kiwi and real freshness, backed by good minerality from the mountains of Almansa. The Amoterra Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is organic and gently floral, with apple, pear and a lovely clean finish. And the Christophe Muret Picpoul de Pinet closes things out with citrus, melon and a thirst-quenching salinity that makes it brilliant with anything from the sea.
