This Gruner Veltliner has a little skin maceration which gives the wine a beautiful orange hue in the glass.
The wine has got a lovely grip that you would expect from an orange wine, with notes of citrus, and white stone fruit.
Matthias grew up in a small, family-owned winery. He spent time in South Africa and Southern France, where his passion for natural wines grew steadily. When he returned to Austria, he took over the vineyard and now works fully organically.
