With crunchy red fruits, woodland floor, and fresh acidity this is a serious and extremely elegant Burgundy that can be drunk now or aged. A medium to full-bodied wine with figs, spice, and truffles notes galore.
Domain Simon Bize is located in the AOC of Savigny-les-Beaunes and was created in 1880. In the vineyard there is an emphasis on taking care of the old vines without the use of chemicals or pesticides. The winemaking is traditional, with minimal sulphur use and old oak.
