Domaine Bornard Ploussard La Chamade VDF
100% Ploussard from vines 45 to 80 years old in the mass selection, organically grown in a place called "Les Chambines". Manual harvesting is followed by fermentation in large barrels. Plenty of dried red cherry, dried cranberry, raspberries, spicy cumin on the nose. The pallet is juicy, but not fruity, with dried red fruits again, and white pepper, with medium body and acidity.
