A bold, elegant and complex Greek rosé, made using the Xinomavro grape. Xinomavro is indigenous to the Macedonia region in Greece and is perfected in Naoussa, often being compared to Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. This is a very rare rosé version of the grape, made in a serious style that can stand up to food as well as serving as a great apéritif in the sun. It has aromas of baking spices, strawberry and rose, with chewy, well-integrated tannins and a refreshing acidity on the palate.
