How to Use Our Rewards Program
We’ve made it simple (and rewarding!) to collect points and turn them into discounts or free gifts every time you shop. Here’s how to get started:
1. Access the Rewards Program
On our website, look for the Rewards pastille in the corner of the screen. Click on it to open the Rewards menu.
2. Sign Up or Log In
Once opened, you’ll see two options: Sign up or Log in.
Choose one and enter your email address and password.
3. Explore the Menu
You’ll see three sections:

4. How to Earn Points
You can collect points in a few different ways:

Subscribe to our Wine Club

Place an order (earn 1 point for every £1 spent)

Subscribe to our newsletter
Completed actions will appear greyed out and marked as “Completed.”
5. How to Spend Points
Go back to the main menu and select How to spend points to see what you can redeem.
You’ll find different types of rewards such as:

£12 off your order (for 250 points, on a £50 minimum purchase)
-
Free gift options like a 3-bottle mixed wine case
6. Redeem Your Rewards
If you have enough points, you’ll see a Redeem button next to your available rewards. Click it to add the offer straight to your basket, or save it for later in your “Available rewards” page.
7. View Your Rewards
In View your rewards, you can track your points, see what you’ve earned, and what’s still available to claim.
When you unlock a new reward, you’ll also get an email notification.
8. Redeem & Enjoy!
When you’re ready to use a reward, simply copy and paste your unique code at checkout or click Apply to add it automatically.
🔹 Money-off rewards never expire (minimum spend £50).
🔹 Free gifts expire 90 days after redeeming them — so act fast if you see one you love!
