Our Ancient Grain chips celebrate the rich heritage of Amaranth and blue corn—nutritious, flavourful staples once revered by the Aztecs. Sourced from the high fields of Milpa Alta, just outside Mexico City, our Amaranth comes from dedicated heritage farmers whose work overlooks the historic Lake Texcoco.
We combine this with blue corn, known for its deep colour, subtly sweet, earthy flavour, and nutritional edge—20–30% more protein and less starch than yellow corn. The result? A deliciously crunchy chip that pays homage to tradition and pairs perfectly with salsa or guac.
