When we started Forest Wines in 2014 we knew we will try to implement as much of our lifestyle into the business as possible. We used to commute to our work and do all our weekly shopping and weekend trips on the bike. E17 and E10 are a perfect size to cover on two wheels so when our website launched just before Christmas, local deliveries on a bike was a no-brainer.

We offer free next day deliveries to everyone in Walthamstow and Leyton (on orders over £35) Monday to Saturday. So whether you are hosting a big dinner or BBQ, want to send someone a present or feeling just a little lazy to get out of the house, we will come to you with everything you might need.

We take our commitment to minimise the environmental impact of our business very seriously - from stocking a wide range of locally produced craft beers and spirits, to using biodegradable carrier bags and offering responsible delivery services with carbon footprint offset on all UK deliveries.

How fast is local wine delivery?

We usually deliver within 1–2 working days for local postcodes (E17, E10). We’ll always keep you updated once your order is out for delivery.

 

What are your delivery days?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, typically between 12pm and 8pm. If you have special timing requests, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Yes. Free delivery is available on:

• Orders over £35 for E17 and E10 postcodes

• Orders over £80 for selected rest of London and across the UK
  

Do you deliver chilled wine?

We don’t use refrigerated vans, but if you’re after chilled reds, pét-nats, or white wines, you can pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive. If you need something chilled for the same day, come visit our Walthamstow shop!

 

Can I send wine as a gift?

Absolutely. Just add a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card. You can also email us if you'd like to add something personal. We love helping people celebrate!

 

Do you offer wine subscriptions or tasting boxes?

Yes! We have seasonal wine bundles and tasting selections available throughout the year. While we don’t offer a formal subscription just yet, our curated boxes are a great way to explore new bottles.

Forest Wines specialises in natural, organic, and biodynamic wines. That means no chemicals in the vineyard, no unnecessary additives in the cellar—just good, honest wine made by people who care.

 

Do you deliver outside London?

Yes. We offer courier delivery to everywhere in the UK and Ireland. It’s free for orders over £80, or £8.95 for anything below. Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
