Pale yellow color and a little cloudy in the glass. On the nose, it is very floral. The Palette is zippy and fresh with apple, pear, lemon, and elderflower. Lovely texture and good acidity. A perfect wine for a warm summer day!
The Durrmann family makes these lines without any sulphites, and they've been using a gentler touch in the winery since Yann, their son, took the lead on winemaking. They're eco-warriors showcasing the low-intervention side of Alsace.
