With a name that means the union of colours of all the grapes in the field, this one is a young wine made with red, white and grey grapes! Delightfully fruity, it’s packed with flavours of vibrant forest fruit and a nice earthy funk. Giving it some air will reveal notes of leather and sweet spices. Medium-bodied with a slight fizz could be served chilled on a warm day. This wine is vinified with a super low intervention using natural yeasts to showcase all its terroir expression.
Mas Coutelou is a winery where winegrower Jean Françoise Coutelou produces the most creative natural wines. Jeff, as he is better known, is a great advocate of natural winemaking, local varieties and organic farming, making him a true legend in the South of France.
