Nomad wines Frank
This wine is made by Kosie van der Merwe down in Elgin, South Africa, from Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented using natural yeasts, and 40% of them are separated to be whole bunch fermented to preserve a bit of light, bright flavour and crunchy tannins. Showing classic notes of proper Cab Franc - it has a light cherry colour with lots of redcurrant and cranberry flavours, along with the signature green leafiness of the grape. Only 850 bottles of this are produced, so snap it up fast!
