Jaroslav Springer Pinot Noir Vintage Selection 2020
ORGANIC / LOW INTERVENTION
Lovely raspberry color in the glass, with brownish hues; perfumed with notes of gravel, strawberry and rosebud. The palate is medium bodied, earthy, leathery and smokey and yet fruity, reminiscent of a forest. The finish is long, with hints of liquorice and a nice, resin-like acidity.
A great showcase of its terroir, this Pinot Noir is produced by brothers Craig and Benjamin Stapleton, together with winemaker Jaroslav Springer. The group has been making wine for about a decade, aiming to produce low-intervention terroir wines of the highest quality.
