Delicate and incredibly refreshing, but with enough savoury character to make it much more interesting than your average light Pinot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSophie Evans is one of the exciting new voices in English natural wine. After studying winemaking in the UK, she spent time working with Melanie and Michael Voelker of 2Naturkinder in Germany before returning home in 2022 to take over a small vineyard in Kent. She farms her vines by hand, using herbal teas, ferments and essential oils alongside biodynamic practices, and takes an intuitive, low-intervention approach in the cellar. Production is tiny, with wines made using native yeasts, minimal sulphur and plenty of hands-on attention.
